El Gup de Salerno había pospuesto para juzgar al empresario de Scafati Giuseppe Cipriano, el antiguo Romolo Ridosso arrepentido, y el ex carabiniere Lazzaro Cioffi, brazo derecho de Cagnazzo en los largos años de trabajo en la Caserma di Castello di Cisterna.
El Tribunal de Apelaciones decidirá en poco tiempo, a fin de evitar – si decide remitirse al Tribunal de Apelaciones – un “doble” del proceso en curso.
