During the phases of identification, the man, without identity documents, first provided the generalities of another person and then declared his own, therefore the police ensured that the same, subjected from 23 June 2022 to the measure of prevention of special surveillance with the obligation to stay in the Municipality of Boscoreale, had gone from the Municipality of residence without authorization.
A 26-year-old Boscoreale with police records was arrested for breach of the obligations relating to the extent to which it is subjected and denounced for false declarations to the Official Public and replace of person.
