The Prosecutor of Salerno asked for the sentence at 2 years and 2 months.
The disputes had arisen in the mother investigation ‘Crescent’, which led to the absolution of all defendants and to the exclusion, already in the preliminary investigation, of any unlawful conduct of Piero De Luca.
Mr Castaldo expressed confidence in the work of the judges who, during the investigation, showed competence, attention and balance.
