Violencia y extorsión contra un migrante: Tomé 6 del clan Orlando en Marano.

In the context of an investigation coordinated by the Anti-Mafia District Direction of Naples, the Carabinieri of the Marano di Napoli Company gave execution to an order of precaution, of which 4 in prison and 2 under house arrest, issued by the GIP of the Tribunal of Naples, against 6 subjects considered seriously suspected of injuries, private violence and extortion (only for one of the undamaged ones).
The investigations allowed to reconstruct the involvement of the arrested in the pest of an Albanian citizen residing in the territory of the municipality of Marano di Napoli. The facts date back to February 2018, when the victim, accused by the clan of having beaten the former compañero, then became the woman of one of “them”, was invited with an escamotage inside a gym of Marano, owned by one of the undamaged, where to wait for him were all arrested, who without giving him any chance of replication, attacked him brutally with kicks and fists, informing him to go. No podía denunciar la plaga, por temor a represalias adicionales, para recuperar su serenidad y la de sus seres queridos, se vio obligado a pagar en dinero, “un regalo”, al crimen organizado local.
The Judge for the Preliminary Investigations of Naples, agreeing with the results produced by the Public Ministry, has placed custody in prison for 4 inquiries, while 2 will be subjected to house arrest.
