Avellino – Un empresario de 60 años fue denunciado por el Carabinieri del Nucleo Forestale di Ariane Irpino y Castel Baronia para la gestión ilícita de desechos especiales.
The man, owner of a factory in Casalbore (Avellino), is accused of illegally dumping industrial waste water and depositing non-dangerous special waste without adequate protection measures from atmospheric agents.
According to the investigations, the waste, exposed to the weather, were flooded by the waste water produced by industrial activity, subsequently conveyed into the public sewerage network without the necessary pretreatment through a prefiltering and desolation tank.
La operación ha llevado a la denuncia del empresario a la Procura di Benevento y a la cuestión de una penalización administrativa uniforme a 2 mil euros. Las fuerzas del orden siguen controlando las contrapartes del territorio para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas ambientales.
