“Compliments to the penitentiary police of the institute of Avellino – comment the regional Secretary Ciro Auricchio and President Moretti Giuseppe – but we believe that the need to equip the prison police with technologically advanced tools with the relative screen of penitentiary institutions to counter this phenomenon of the entry of phones in prison especially for the inmates of the high security circuit that can have contacts with the outside” .
